Slowly we march ever closer to the dictatorship:
Operation Goodnight in Redruth, Cornwall, will see officers given the power to remove any youth under 16 seen on the streets after 9pm and any child under 10 after 8pm.
Officers in Redruth, Cornwall, say they have been forced into the extensive curfew in an attempt to make parents more responsible for their children.
The scheme encourages parents to voluntarily sign up to the lock-in and register their children.
Ok, got that it is a voluntarily system.
Any child found outside after hours will then be checked on a register and if their parents have refused to take part in the voluntary scheme they face tough parenting orders.
Police hope the scheme will not only tackle young offenders but also highlight parents who are failing to take responsibility for their offspring.
So that is how we now define voluntarily. Tough parenting orders. Quite what these orders are I am not sure, but should they choose not to take part in the voluntarily system they will be punished. No pressure there then.
Guess that will be a way of stopping any parent who sends their youngsters off to corner shop to get some shopping after 9 or 8pm depending on their age.
It is thought to be the first curfew in the country of its type to use powers to punish parents who refuse to take part. They face tough social orders or even criminal prosecutions. But don't forget that they say it is voluntarily, in much the same way that I could voluntarily choose not to pay my taxes and the state could voluntarily choose to send me to prison.
PC Marc Griffin, who is behind Operation Goodnight, said the curfew was brought in because unsupervised youngsters face an "increased risk" of becoming offenders. There is a risk, but at what cost? The removal of trust that we now assume that all young folk at nothing but feral children who need the guiding hand of the state to control them.
This system is not voluntary, it is compulsion. When you have as we have here the police acting as judge and jury it is a fucking police state.
So PC Griffin and the minions of the New Labour state, will be teaching the children and their parents that the state will prosecute and nanny parents who do not voluntarily imprison their children and that they shall be punished as they may commit a crime at some point.
He says "If we find the same child two or three times in breach of the curfew, if their parents haven't agreed to take part, then we can make parenting orderings if we feel it is in the best interest of the child."Remember they say that it is voluntary, got that. No compulsion there. Followed by this fuckwittery:
"The spirit of this scheme is not about restricting what our young people can and cannot do, but making certain that during the summer holiday evenings they are able to enjoy themselves but not at the expense of the wider community.Well by barring them from going out you are restricting what our young people can and cannot do. And the loss of freedoms can according to PC Marc Griffin be justified under the pretext of making things safer for the whole community.
This system will result in ever more state meddling, more children becoming alienated from the law, hauled in by members of the police even if they are heading home and running late.
The police should get back to policing and leave social engineering alone.

What next will Curfew be used for. Drinkers to be home before 11pm, Restaurants to be closed before 10.
There was a time when the people of Britain would be aghast at the very idea of a curfew. A Government imposed curtailment of rights of movement. They would stand up and cry freedom, there are no such zones in Britain, the very thought of a curfew would have enraged the people. Only Russia and East Germany had curfews.
When the people of this land have had enough, and finally rebel against this corrupt and traitorous government, remember that others have been there before.
For those of you old enough to remember, in 1953 when the East German government was beset by people who had had enough, who wanted back their freedoms, free from the snooping, free from the Stasi, free from curfews, the answer was to meet the people with tanks and bullets.
The government called themselves the Democratic Republic of Germany, the DDR. They were neither democratic nor freedom loving. It is the same kind of soviet style democracy that we are now building in the UK. The East German government feeling besieged called on the Soviets for help, and you can read the chilling tale as reported in Time Magazine at the time.
In 1968 the same thing happened in Czechoslovakia.
When the dawn fell on the 20th of August 1968 everything started. It
was around midnight, when several thousands of Czechoslovak citizens awoke
to the sound of heavy iron colossuses. At the first glance the only thing
they saw was the big fire-bright star painted on the colossuses.
They just rolled past - what was happening? Nobody knew. People began
to panic and they ran out on the streets only to be approached by heavy
armoured vehicles and tanks. Nobody knew what was going on - not even
the Soviet soldiers had the faintest idea.
It was only a small group of high-ranking Soviet officers and officials who knew that this was only the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Czechoslovakia.
It is the same kind of soviet democracy that we are now building in the UK and across Europe, and to read this account of the Prague Spring, it is easy, indeed very clear to draw the comparisons with our own position now, including the intimidation and bullying from the EU Commission, the new Supreme Soviet. In the history of man, there has never been a war between two open democracies. There has always been at least one dictatorship involved in each conflict.
Communism was by far the most important and totalitarian form of dictatorship throughout the 20th century. Knowledge about the communist rule in the Soviet Union, and other dictatorships, is a relevant part of history. It is also relevant knowledge in our societies. If we want to strengthen and support our democracies, we have to know about the dictatorships.
We have to be aware of other political systems and how they might act and affect us in different situations. The 1953 Russian 'support' of East Germany and the 1968 Prague Spring are not only important Cold War events: it will also provide us with useful knowledge about the attitudes and policy of a dictatorship.
When its Britain's turn, when the people have finally had enough, and begin tearing down EU flags instead of Soviet ones, refusing to comply with the myriad of oppressive laws, or pay the thousands of small but crippling taxes, overfilling their Bins and demanding to be treated as adults again, will Brown or Cameron call on the EU 'to help'.
Will the people of Britain be met by tanks and bullets, will we see the streets of London, Manchester and Liverpool full of EU Gendarmerie Force the EGF (motto Lex Paciferat, to Pacify) or troops from Eurocorps (Note: The Corps can also be deployed at the behest of the member nations) or the Home Secretary's personal political police, the SOCA.
The laws are in place, the structure is in place, the personnel are in place. Never think it cannot happen here.
Those who never learn from history are bound to make the same mistakes.
Why is Britain being destroyed by the EU? This below sums it up perfectly, as the Ruling Elite of Europe knew that in order to build their new Soviet State, they had to destroy Britain first.
"As long as Britain stands the Powers of Darkness cannot prevail. On Earth the Anglo-Saxon race is the last Guardian of the Light, and I have an unshakable conviction that, come what may, our island will prove the Bulwark of the World." Dennis Wheatley.
