Here we go again. Today, for the 14th year in a row, the European Union Court of Auditors will unveil their report, telling us that they refuse to clear the EU accounts. Times

It doesn't mater how fast you chase the European Union Commission, you never catch up with the money.

This can only be expressed as EU = mc14.

Where
EU is the immovable object, mc = mass corruption and 14 is the number
of years that the auditors have been unable to sign off the European
Union accounts.

The Fraud Act 2006 introduces several general offences of fraud which may be committed by a person or persons who:

makes a false representation
fails to disclose information when he is under a legal duty to do so;
abuses a position of trust

The European Union and the EU Commission draws upon its LEGAL BASIS on budgetary maters from Article 268 to 280 of the EC Treaty.
As the European Union has not performed or been in legal compliance for
14 years we should now withdraw from the European Union using the
provision of Article 61 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties

Article 61 Supervening impossibility of performance

A
party may invoke the impossibility of performing a treaty as a ground
for terminating or withdrawing from it if the impossibility results
from the permanent disappearance or destruction of an object
indispensable for the execution of the treaty. If the impossibility is
temporary, it may be invoked only as a ground for suspending the
operation of the treaty.

14 years of non compliance feels fairly permanent to me.

But somehow, the European Commission themselves don't see it that way…their press release tells us they have “a clean bill of health“, of which I was previously unaware.

What? What's that smell?  Oh yes, centrally managed unelected bullshite.

Plans for the security services and police to be given new legally-binding powers to ban the media from reporting matters of national security are being drawn up, it was claimed today.

The Daily Telegraph tells us in a very sombre and almost resigned manner that the proposal is said to feature in a report due before the end of the year
from the cross-party Intelligence and Security Committee, parliamentary
watchdog of the intelligence and security agencies.

According to The Independent newspaper, unnamed sources at Whitehall say that
the ISC will urge ministers to set up a commission to look into the
proposal.

The ISC is appointed by Prime Minister Gordon Brown and reports directly to
him. The Committee's cross–party membership from both Houses is appointed by
the Prime Minister, in consultation with the leaders of the two main
opposition parties. The Chairman of the Committee is the Right
Honourable Margaret Beckett MP.

The Committee members are:

Dr. Kim Howells MP (Chair). – Labour
Rt Hon Michael Ancram QCDL MP. – Tory
Rt Hon Sir Alan Beith MP. – LibDem
Mr Ben Chapman MP. – Labour
Rt. Hon. Lord Foulkes of Cumnock. – Labour
Rt Hon George Howarth MP. – Labour
Rt Hon Michael Mates MP. – Tory
Mr Richard Ottaway MP. – Tory
Ms Dari Taylor MP.- Labour

It is clear that none of the LibLabCon parties give a flying f**k for the rights of the people who ostensibly vote for them

Bearing in mind that anything that the government does not like will be censored as being against the national interest, that means total state controlled censorship.

Was the Libertarian Party 1984 book for every MP campaign and the Stroll by concerned voters dressed as Guy Fawkes around Parliament Square given DA-Notices.?

All in the name of your security.

It seems then that the Libertarian Party campaign to delivery a copy of 1984 to every MP was rather apt and timely.

They have nationalised your money, taxed everything that doesn't move, installed a mass of Stasi IT systems throughout government watching everything you do, who you meet, listen to your phone calls, read your emails, created political police forces, moving towards political control of the internet and now moves to take political control over the media.

They have already abandoned the Rule of Law. Now they have total control over what you see, what you read, what you may know.
