The partners in Germany's grand coalition government have reached
an agreement that would allow the military to be deployed within the
country's borders in case of emergency.
The parliamentary party
leader of the Christian Democrats, Volker Kauder, and his Social
Democrat counterpart, Peter Struck, announced the agreement
following a meeting in Berlin. Both stressed that soldiers would only
be deployed to assist in police operations.
The change requires an
amendment to Germany's constitution.

So Germany becomes the latest Western country to join the ever growing list to allow domestic troop deployment.
Does this not raise questions in your mind as to why?
What do these Governments know and have in store for us that they need to prepare so many big brother laws, databases, cameras and now make provisions for troops in civilian areas.
