Yesterday, at the labour party conference, Gordon Brown the Prime Minister said: "My
father was a minister of the church, and his favourite story was the
parable of the talents because he believed - and I do too - that each
and every one of us has a talent and each and every one of us should be
able to use that talent."
What he didn't tell us....... was it the Matthew or Luke version of the parable
I tell you, that to every one who has will more be given; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away
Luke 19:12-27
In other words, under Brown - The rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer.
