In the early years
following the second world war, Winston Churchill said that
He set up the
Milk Marketing Board, enhanced the role of MAFF, setting standards for
tuberculosis testing on cattle, set grain quota’s for farmers, potato
production and other vegetables, and over the following 20 years this country
did indeed become a nation that fed itself.
However, as time
has moved on, with globalisation on the rise and in the big scheme of the
European plan, the
This has taken
several forms. Firstly there is the assault on the communities themselves, the
culture that binds them together, and the time and effort spent on outlawing
country pursuits is evident of that. The ban on foxhunting only being the most
prominent.
There is also the
closure of the Post Offices, essential in rural areas, which along with pubs
are the central focus in most villages. The pubs themselves are now under
attack, with working directives, health and safety legislation and finally the
smoking ban which will kill off most rural pubs, and destroy the very fabric of
those communities.
The most vicious

It was discovered
that the Government i.e. Defra, had secretly purchased massive amounts of
rubber gloves and boots in advance, along with huge amounts of
disinfectants. It was also reported in the national press that some of
the Vets who had flown in from NZ had their contracts raised nearly 6 months
before the outbreak. A lucky case of forward planning?.
Then we had the H5N1

Individual cases
of directed spite are rife, some reported some not, where farmers who have
managed not only to survive but thrive, are targeted
for destruction, and the unprecedented illegal fiasco of produce company Bowland Dairy Products.
I questioned at

the stupid rules and regulations, are the
Well, now that
their work is done, the Civil
servants are to lose their jobs, farms are in bankruptcy but the
conspirators are getting promotions.
Margaret Beckett
was moved to her current post in the Foreign Office, and is continuing to show
her ineptitude, and Gordon Brown wants us to accept him as a prime minister.
There is in the
public domain more than enough evidence to show a deliberate policy effort to
cut down the number of farmers in the
Equally important
however is the warning to civil servants. If you are part of this ‘changing
Britain’ conspiracy, look at what you are doing, question what you are doing,
look at all the other things that are being changed and put the big picture
together in your head, then think what it could be used for in 10 years time in
the hands of people with another agenda, and ask yourself whether you really
want your children to grow up in a Britain going down this road.
Learn from the
lessens of your colleagues in Defra. When your evil work is done, you too will
no longer be required. You will be thrown on the scrap heap as well, and join
the rest of us tied down in red tape, ID cards, being spied upon, logged,
tagged and controlled. You and your children will have no immunity.
