The elected London Assembly has passed a motion of no confidence in Sir Ian Blair, but, Sir Ian should also be forced to stand before a court to explain the shooting of another innocent, details of which the Met police are blocking. Azelle Rodney was shot five times in the head by a police marksman on 30 April 2005 - three months before Jean Charles de Menezes died. Who gave the order to kill. more »

The term pre-emptive arrest is a new term for law enforcement which had rarely if ever been heard of before. It means arresting a person who has not committed a crime, but that might commit a crime.
