The UK and US governments will continue to overtly
and covertly put the instruments of dictatorship in place, with more and more
controversial legislation, which will culminate in the UK with the Consolidation
Act, to draw all the ‘for your security’ anti terrorism legislation under one
umbrella, along with all the other intrusive legislation mentioned earlier in
this blog.

As we await the handover of power from Tony
Blair to Gordon Brown, ‘events’ will occur both in the
US and
here in the
UK designed to shock and outrage the population.  Many people will die.

By now, both governments have on a multitude
of databases details of every person in the
UK and
the
US, know exactly where they are, and what their social and/or political
affiliations or leanings are.

Database sharing between the 2 governments
is already going on.

In response to the outrages, both
governments will declare a state of emergency, normal government and the
judiciary will be suspended, and a government of national unity will be formed.

Gordon Brown gave this away in his
interview with Andrew Marr on Sunday, when he said that people should expect a
new kind of government, a new type of political system.  He further went on to say that It’s going
to be, and has to be, a government of all the talents. And that doesn’t mean
just the talents of one political party.

The new kind of government will have Gordon Brown as its Prime
Minister, but will invite the leaders of all the oppositions parties to join
it, along with budding  pro totalitarian
MP’s, or be banished to the outer reaches forever.   Elevated to the newly created post of
President will be Tony Blair.

The Queen will be flown to Fiji to rule over
her Commonwealth from there.

Within 2 days of the takeover the Israelis will strike Iran.   To counter the response and backlash from Iran and Syria, troops from
the
US, UK and the rest
of NATO will intervene, moving in from
Iraq on the west
and
Afghanistan on the eastern
side, and launching mass air attacks from carrier based aircraft in the
Persian Gulf.

The rest of the world, especially Russia and China will be agog,
stunned into silence at the events unfolding, and not knowing the intentions, or
how to read them, of the new governments will not interfere.

All protest at home will be dealt with harshly.  Using the new laws, police will round up the
Asian and Arabic populations and move them into hastily constructed internment
camps, probably derelict army camps and closed air bases.

Dissent from the rest of the population will not be tolerated, internet
and phone links are cut, freedom of movement and travel is restricted or banned
as police in riot gear and armoured police vans take to the streets, and as the
systematic roundup of ‘dissidents’ begins, the reign of big brother becomes a
reality.

Now, this is a scenario, a possibility, albeit a real possibility.  If, however, you can honestly see another
good use for all of the intrusive, dictatorial legislation that is pissing all
over our rights and freedoms, intruding into every facet of our lives, that
both governments are racing at breakneck speed to put in place, and which in
the US is illegally bulldozing across the rule of
law, the constitution and congress, please let me know.

If the government wants me to believe that all of these laws and
restrictions are for my own good, publish the facts and figures.

Answer the MP’s questions in the house about how many people have been
arrested so far under the terror laws, and how many have been convicted.

Publish a true event of the 7/7 bombings in London and the zero findings
so far which has cost millions..

Tell the public about the data exchanges with the US and EU.

Tell them about the fingerprinting of over 700,000 children without
parental consent,

Tell us exactly why you want all this data on us.

Tell us why so many government departments want the right to enter my
home or office.

Tell us why you monitor our movements 24 hours a day.

Tell us why you want the power to arrest me, anywhere, at any time, for
anything.

Tell us why we cannot protest outside Parliament or Downing St.

Generations of Britons have died to make sure that we have our rights
today, so what you tell us had better be good, and the single word answer of ‘security’
is not enough.

Sweep away all the secrecy, start answering all the FOI requests and
remove the SI that will be placed before parliament at Easter to gag FOI
requests.

If you want the public at large to accept what you are doing, then you
have to tell the public what you ARE doing, not with spin and lies, but with
truth and transparency and open government up to scrutiny.

The latest bill to hit
the legislators proposes amending the existing Mental Health Act from 1983, and
would allow the enforced detention of people who are mentally ill, even if they
have not committed any crime, and also suggests strengthening powers
established in 1983 to ensure patients have therapy.

A similar Mental Health Act was passed in
1939 by the Nazi regime in
Germany,
which eventually led to the Action T4 programme by the General Foundation for
Welfare and Institutional Care, in order to save money.

This last piece of legislation would nicely
round off the trio of Acts already in force, (the other 2 being The Serious
Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 and the Terrorism Act 2000),  that would allow government/police to arrest and
detain anyone, for anything, irrespective of whether they had committed any
crime at all.

Couple that with the rights of entry into both
homes and business premises, and the powers of seizure of papers, computers,
documents and equipment, the scope becomes quite frightening.

All 3 of these Acts as independent units go
too far in giving powers to the state and reducing the rights and freedoms of
the individual, but put them all together then the ability of the state to
abuse becomes overwhelming.

If we then add in the multitude of
surveillance methods, cameras, wire taps, bugs, email taps, mobile phone taps,
dozens of databases, dozens of registers, passports, ID, shop your neighbour
hotlines, etc etc which are not just aimed at terror suspects on the basis of
intelligence, but aimed at everyone, absolutely everyone in the country, and we
do indeed see a police state.

You cannot seriously tell me that this is
for MY security and protection.

When will our MP’s wake up and begin to
join all the dots up….and see the monster that they are creating….
